• Branch Registration : S$2500
Package include :-

- Government fee (for a company with share capital)
- Preparing registration documents
- Submitting registration documents to ACRA
- Liaising with ACRA.
Add-On Services
• Service of Registered Office :S$240 per annum
• Administrative Services : From S$400 per month
(Minimum contract term of 6 months, payment in advance)
• Nominee Director Service : S$3600 per annum plus refundable security deposit of S$5000
• Accounting Fee : S$200 onwards
• Corporate Tax :S$500 onwards
